Covid 19 Policies

UPDATED COVID POLICY IN RESPONSE TO THE DELTA VARIANT

Because we have clients with children too young to be vaccinated or who are immunocompromised, elderly, and/or dealing with serious illness we take covid very seriously. In our own family we have a child too young to be vaccinated, as well as family members at risk. We want everyone to be safe!

 We request the following:

  • Clients wear masks while we are in the home, unless the clients are on another floor or in another room with the door shut. If clients are not willing to wear a mask, we request that we keep our distance from each other and we reserve the right to postpone services.

  • Clients inform us of any travel that anyone in the home may be doing. We may choose to postpone our cleaning for two weeks after the family member/s return, but we will do this on a case by case basis.

  • And most importantly, we request that clients inform us of ANY symptoms of illness, even if they believe it may be allergies or a cold. The first signs of Delta are very similar to colds and allergies. We will do the same for our clients.

  • IF ANYONE IN YOUR HOME TESTS POSITIVE FOR COVID OR HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WITH COVID, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY.

  • We will always wear KN95 masks in your home if you or others are present.

Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation during this very difficult and scary time.

If you have any questions or would like more information on the transmissibility of Delta to the vaccinated we would be happy to provide that to you.
